Single Bag Service: $30

By using our service, you agree to the following:

• All laundry is washed and dried together unless special instructions are provided in advance.
• Customers are responsible for checking pockets and removing valuables before pickup.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets, including pens, lipstick, gum, electronics, or other personal belongings.
• While every effort is made to properly care for garments, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, fading, shrinkage, color bleeding, or manufacturer defects.
• Items requiring special care, hand washing or delicate handling must be identified before service.
• Any concerns regarding missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and we are not responsible for any items after drop-off.
• Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the cost of the service provided or the fair replacement value of the item, whichever is less.
• Pickup and delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Any allergies, sensitivities or special product requirements must be disclosed prior to service. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens
• If your laundry has been exposed to bed bugs, fleas, lice or other pests, please contact us before scheduling service. This allows us to determine whether we can safely process the items and helps protect other clients. Undisclosed infestations may result in immediate cancellation of service, additional cleaning fees and/or refusal of future service.
• Any missed pickup is subject to a fee.
• Payment is due within 24 hours of received invoice.
